People have become dependent on fossil fuels to provide them with heat, light and energy but fossil fuels like oil and gas will eventually run out - they are a finite resource. Renewable energy sources will never run out and will provide a fuel source for all our energy needs for as long as we need them.  They are less expensive and create little or no environmental damage.
